You can enjoy aromatherapy without taking a bath! Shower steamer can do the magic job for you.

I always tell our customers that you can use one shower steamer up to a month even though the product description saying that it is for one time use. Just remember to put it on a dish and if you want to have strong aromatherapy, put it nearby the shower head; if you just want to have mild aromatherapy, put it a little bit far away from the shower head.
